iPod…Socks?

So, after a long time of hunting for a decent MP3 player—an exertion which has cost me a lot of money—I decided to buy an iPod. A Classic, to be precise. I immediately liked it.

What annoys me though is that it scratches quickly and apparently without reason; I don’t keep anything in the pocket with my iPod yet it still has a lot of indents. Fun. And I’m a sucker for fluffy stuff. It’s cute and lovely and…whatever. So, apparently, I found the match made in heaven: iPod socks. So of course I bought them (albeit from Amazon for the amazing price of 1p.)

iPod Socks—from Apple UK’s website.

They’re quite good.

I’ve heard a few horror stories about how the socks don’t prevent scratching, rather preferring to add to it. I’ve seen nothing of the sort. And the player itself looks sooooo adorable, all nice and snug. It’s a sight to melt the coldest heart (then again, seeing as it’s a sock and the coldest heart is made of ice…) So far, I haven’t seen anything out of the ordinary. They’re cheap as long as you stay away from Apple and its evil love affair with overpricing everything.

’Tis the Dawning of a New Era. Yeah, riiiiiiiight…

I would be the first to claim that I’m an awful copywrite—and, yes, that is spelt right—if dozens of people weren’t stepping up to claim it for me. I don’t have a lot of stories to tell. I’m rather uninteresting. Now repeat that without laughing and you’d the general tone I’ll have throughout this blog.

I’m…someone who’s very interested in web design. I’m good enough to pass by. I created this, ahem, wonderful theme because I wanted to express how I felt for a certain person. As you can gather, I’m also quite sad. Go figure. But I can share a lot of what I learn with you. After all, it’s been the method of teachers throughout the ages—less so now as the general qualifications have slipped faster than an athlete covered in honey rolling down a hill with a pack of bees after him, but nevertheless!

Enjoy. Pfft. Bring presents.
